Guidelines

  • CMMAI 2026 invites submissions of original research contributions for presentation in the Contributory Paper Sessions.
  • Submissions aligned with the conference themes are especially encouraged.
  • Participants who wish to present a paper must submit an extended abstract and complete the registration process.
  • Participants who wish to attend the conference without presenting a paper may register directly without submitting an abstract.
  • All submissions must be written in English and should represent original work not under consideration elsewhere.
  • All extended abstracts will undergo a peer-review process by the Scientific Committee.
  • At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the work at the conference.
  • Authors of accepted extended abstracts will be invited to submit full-length papers for further review and presentation.
  • Selected full-length papers may be considered for publication in a peer-reviewed indexed journal, subject to editorial review and publisher approval.
  • Submission of an abstract implies the commitment to present the work in person at the conference.

Abstract
Submission

  • Authors must submit an extended abstract (maximum 1000 words) via the conference submission system.
  • The abstract must be limited to one page and follow the prescribed template.
  • The abstract should clearly state the motivation, problem addressed, methodology, and key results.
  • Technical details, lengthy derivations, and figures should be avoided unless permitted in the template.
  • The abstract must be self-contained, concise, and written in Times New Roman font following the template format.
  • The presenting author must be indicated with an asterisk (*) in case of multiple authors.
  • Submissions must be converted to PDF format before upload.
  • All accepted extended abstracts will be published in the Conference Proceedings with ISSN.

Pay the exact amount via Bank Transfer using the details provided.

Step 03: Fill Form

Complete the Google Form and upload your payment receipt.

Step 04: Verification

Wait for verification. Confirmation will be sent via email.

3. Registration Guidelines
  • Registration is mandatory for inclusion in the programme.
  • After abstract submission, enter your reference number in the form.
  • At least one author of each accepted paper must register.
  • Fee must be paid before deadline; submit proof to committee.
  • See Important Dates for Early Bird and Late deadlines.
  • Accommodation is not included; borne separately.
  • Only registered authors will be scheduled for presentation.
  • Financial assistance subject to availability of funding.
