Registration Guidelines
  • 1. Payment Completion First: You must complete the registration fee payment before filling out this form. Keep your Transaction ID / UTR Number ready and ensure you have a digital copy of your payment receipt (screenshot or PDF).
  • 2. Document Upload Specifications: The payment receipt must be uploaded in JPG, PNG, or PDF format only. The file size must not exceed 1MB.
  • 3. Registration Deadline: Please ensure the form is submitted on or before April 03, 2026. We recommend completing the process early to avoid any technical issues.
